One of the prongs on the sense charging cable is not protruded as much as the other three, Therefore the cable is not charging .Is there Anyway to fix it, to get it up?

My two watches are the same
Can't charge cause one prong has burned off or shorted off... seems like a lot of complaints... both watches new ...grrrrr
Both chargers failed... I talked to sabastian live chat and said they would replace...but chat froze up and I couldn't answer him.

Hi @LarisaAR , @Captdj , once a charge cable fails it's best to replace it.
If the watch is under warranty Fitbit will send you a replacement.
If not they can be bought online for between $3 - $10.
