Health Metrics breathing rate and hrv do not work. My red sensors have stopped working

Help please.

First step is to restart both watch and phone.

Then swipe up on the watch to see your Today figures, if you have a heart rate there, all is normal. It may only be your clock face that is causing problems, if its not a Fitbit one.

Lastly if your watch is working but the data is not showing in the Fitbit App, try

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup.

If that fails to fix things try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
