Hey All You Fitbit Sense user out there! I am hoping you can help. I recently got the Fitbit Sense, after learning that the Ionic I have owned for years was recalled. Now I wasn't having any issues with my Ionic but I returned it anyway to get the discounted price on the Sense because it has more features. I have my Sense set up so that weekdays betweens 8am-4pm it reminds me to get in 250 steps each hour during those hours. I have the vibration setting to strong, but nothing is happening. With my Ionic it used to vibrate each hour I got those 250 steps and flash that I reached my goal that hour and if I hadn't yet by the time ten minutes before the hour was up it would vibrate to remind to do so. Even if I got all my 250 steps in those last 10 minutes it would vibrate and flash on screen that I reached my hourly goal, my Sense doesn't seem to be any of that. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is?

Hi @fpetruccelli I don't know why it isn't doing that but it should. My Sense does. Have you tried restarting it? Also try deleting all the reminders to move, uninstall the Fitbit app, restart your phone, then reinstall the app, log back in and try setting up the reminders to move again. If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset. If they are still not working then contact Fitbit Support I hope you get it working.

Hi @fpetruccelli - just in case, have you tried to swipe the watch face right to get to Quick Settings and make sure your watch is not in Sleep or Do not disturb mode.

Not in sleep mode, well my Fitbit Sense isn't any ways. I could always use a nap. 😉
