Reminders to move aren't working on my Sense

Reminder to move not working - it's on it the settings. Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks

Hi there, @KatePz. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. 

While reading your post I was wondering if the reminders to move are the only notifications not coming through? If you're missing any other notification, please make sure that sleep mode or DND are not enabled on your Versa 3. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, I suggest restarting your Fitbit device by following these steps

In none of the above works, please try setting up your Sense as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. Then repeat the restart procedure and set up notifications to check if they're working properly.
