Replacement Fitbit sense not holding charge less than a month of receiving

Has anybody else had an issue with their sense not holding a charge? Everything you could do for troubleshooting I have done. Unfortunately my warranty expired shortly after receiving my defective replacement. I’ve contacted customer service a few times within the last 61 days of receiving my defective device. But I get no help besides an offer for a discount on a new purchase. All I want is a replacement not a refund or a discount on another $300 watch. I can’t be the only one who is having this issue…right?

I’m having the same issue.

I don’t know why they think a 35% off discount will help the matter.

I received a notification yesterday that my Sense had an update.  Keep in mind I’ve had my replacement sense for 63 days now and the battery life on the app showed medium.  After I updated it, it changed to full.  How can the actual life of the battery…not the charge, change from medium to full? Seems like FitBit is full of it!! Just replace the defective watch with one that isn't defective!
