Hi All, I received my replacement Sense on the 18 August. However ,today like the last Sense the exercise icon didn't work. I did the same as last time on the previous Sense. I reset the Sense however this time it kept rebooting & would not return to the home screen. I tried many times again but all i got was the Fitbit icon then reboot. Now after my run it's completely dead & unresponsive. It has a near full charge though. I have contacted support who will move it to a warranty claim. In the time I have had it since August, 3 of these weeks it wasn't used as I was abroad & never took it. You can't say it's been used much! I calculate this replacement has lasted 17 days worn! Unbelievable!

I spoke to Fitbit & they are providing me with a replacement Sense under warranty. They did try and revive ,it but it was a no hoper! I hope this lasts longer!

This has been the worst purchase ever, I gifted myself this fitbit after a $25 fitness watch I had for about 7 years that worked great, stayed charged for 7 days finally gave out on me. I've had my fit bit sense 6months, it only charges three days, dosent sync well, I can't use all the features and then it just stopped working. And getting really hot when I try to charge it I'm finally about to send it for replacement and it randomly just starts working. Bases on these posts I fill like I should just wait till it gives out again, it sounds like the replacements suck as well. I'm so irritated worst $150 spent on a piece oof crap.

A refurbished Sense has been dispatched today, though not the colour I chose. They must be getting low. I wonder if the last one was refurbished too? My brother has a Sense and has had no problems with it. I guess I am unlucky!
