I was gifted SENSE by my daughter exactly an Year and two months back.
The FITIBIT logo froze . Help from FITIBIT could not solve the issue. I was finally told to junk the tracker .
It was out of warranty by two months. I was offered a 35% discount to buy a new one.
The tracker was an emotional piece for me, hence I did not accept the proposal and conveyed my reluctance.
Believe it or not I got a mail stating that they would replace my SENSE with an upgraded SENSE 2 at no extra cost.
I got the replacement within the next ten days.
I have now configured it and started it's use.
I would like to thank the FITIBIT team for taking care of my emotional connect with the Tracker.
Thank you FITBIT, once again for taking care of your customer.

I would be nice if the did that for all. But 35% is not right of them Fitbit I hope you read this and if you did it for 1 you should do for all. Thanks

Nice that happened for you. Sadly alot of us cannot even afford to upgrade. I used mine with a third party app to check my bloodsugars. Worked perfect for about a year then Google bought Fitbit and all went downhill from there. Watch one morning said download update so I attempted to do and it would freeze the download part way through. I now have a watch that scrolls to update in a bunch of languages and can't even use it. paying premium for junk. Why buy something that they screwed up? Shameful.

Hi @Grammy821 - you may still be able to get your watch working.
Remove both Sense Bluetooth entries from the phone and watch from the Fitbit App.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and click profile photo then " + Set up a Device". It may work.
