Fitbit Sense is a sketchy product and has mostly been a pain in my **ahem**. They were good enough to honour the warranty and are sending me a new one. From what I’ve researched the Sense is a problem product all around. The new Sense that is coming does not have a new one year warranty but a warranty attached to my original purchase. So I have about a month on the new one. This really seems like a greasy move by Fitbit. Why wouldn’t they send a better product with a full warranty? Seems they just want to get the dog Senses out of the system at the least monetary cost to them. I will sell it and move onto a Garmin or Apple Watch. It’s to bad. I’ve been a Fitbit guy for years. But greasy is greasy.
