Replacement of Sense

Fitbit Sense is a sketchy product and has mostly been a pain in my **ahem**. They were good enough to honour the warranty and are sending me a new one. From what I’ve researched the Sense is a problem product all around. The new Sense that is coming does not have a new one year warranty but a warranty attached to my original purchase. So I have about a month on the new one. This really seems like a greasy move by Fitbit. Why wouldn’t they send a better product with a full warranty? Seems they just want to get the dog Senses out of the system at the least monetary cost to them. I will sell it and move onto a Garmin or Apple Watch. It’s to bad. I’ve been a Fitbit guy for years. But greasy is greasy.

Hi @KellyDR - your replacement is most likely a refurbished one [not new] but does come with it's own short warranty if it fails, in addition, to but not cumulative to, the original one, it will be the longest of the both watch warranties.
