Replacing a malfunctioning Sense device with a used one

I bought a brand new device at full price and was disappointed when it started to malfunction only a few months after purchase. Customer service advised that I send it back and said they could replace the product because it was under warranty. Unfortunately I received a used device as the replacement, and it is clearly used with scratches on the face. It is disappointing that I paid full price and am now stuck with a used device, at no fault of my own. I was disappointed when it stopped working and I’m even more disappointed now. Feels like a Fitbit scam and I wish I had never paid for this product.

Hi @Sla2002  if you're not happy with the replacement, then get with customer service, but they do send refurbished products. You can read more about the warranty and replacement policy here - click to go there.
