My fitbit Sense won't perform a factory reset. Just has the fitbit logo, and stays that way. Reset program doesn't change a thing. Any ideas? Not under warranty.

Mine just did the same thing. I chatted with customer service and the only recommendation was trying the factory reset, which didn't work. It was the replacement from my first Sense that only lasted six months, and it only lasted just over 4 months. I'm kind of done with Fitbit, moving to Garmin. But if you want to stay maybe they will offer you the thirty percent discount.
