My Fitbit sense is dead - it has a blank screen, won’t reset and won’t charge. Can you help please!

Hi @QuinnPT  - check the 4 watch contacts are clean and the charge cable is ok, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Many thanks, you may have solved the problem. I’m on my 2nd charger and have found one pin to be faulty ( as with the original charger) so have ordered a new charger.
