Resting heart rate

Hi guys, I woke up this morning with an heart rate of 55 which is very good for me.  But, when I go to my app it says that my lower heart rate was 70.  Yes I wear my Fitbit all night.  Why does it say 70???? Thank you 😊

Are you looking at resting heart rate and comparing with heart rate?

Also once you start moving your heart rate should go up.

And its quite easy to send a Sense into a tizzy by moving. It only seems to measure a realistic rate when still for a while, and even then moving to look at it changes its value.
