I have a fitbit sense. Im having problems receiving my ring doorbell notifications. I made sure it was checked in the app. I tried reinstalling, rebooting and resyncing both devices. I still dont get the notifications.

Hi there, @Mqtdan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out.
Besides to the settings you've checked, have you verified if the Ring Doorbell app is also updated to the latest version?
I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed even if some of them you've already attempted:
For more troubleshooting steps, see Why are notifications delayed or missing?
By the way, I've moved your post to the Sense board for organization purposes.

Your troubleshooting did not work... Sadly this expensive smartwatch is more of just a watch at best... Please address the connection issues between the app and the phone, fix the bugs, and then it may actually be worth the price we have all paid for it

Hi @Xfirefyter - it seems this is a common issue lately - have a look in the forums for other people with the same problem. There are a few workarounds as long as Ring is raising a notification on the phone.

I have an iPhone 12 and it works just fine. So I know it is doable with iPhones.
There must be an issue with your settings or phone. compatibility. I know you stated the trouble shooting did not work.
Are other notifications from other apps working and just not the ring app? Assuming they are, just be sure in the Fitbit app:
From Today Page
Tap-avatar top left
Tap Sense (device)
Tap Notifications
Tap App notifications
Make sure Ring Video DoorBell is swiped right and green. Mine is deactivated at the moment because I was getting a lot of traffic from FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc and I was sick of all the notifications and battery drain. Here is the last page showing the app to activate. If you’ve done this and still not working, maybe someone with your phone who has it working will stop by with solution.

I wonder if it's Ring specific or something else. My Google Nest Hello doorbell and other camera notifications get to my Sense.

I also have the same issue and troubleshooting advice doesn't work, I currently use the workaround which relies on my alexa account to send me another notification which does reach the sense.
OnePlus 7T - Android 11 (up to date)
Fitbit Sense (up to date)
Fitbit and Ring app (up to date)
Phone sees the notifications from ring but they're not transferred to my watch.

Hi @jimbobcook - you could always try the Macrodroid solution for Android phones?
