I miss Running trainings to improve my training. These setups are all with the Garmin users. And I'm totally disappointed that Fitbit doesn't have all these functions, although this tracker is so much more expensive.

On phone app:

Discover (tab at bottom) > Guided Programs > 'Run Training' or 'Beginning Running'

 

I don't quite understand your "These setups are all with the Garmin users."

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

what suggested by @JohnnyRow requires the use of the phone and nothing is being used by the Sense (or any other Fitbit device) as opposed to all setup made for Garmin users (actually also Polar, Suunto, Coros,... but sadly no Fitbit because of lack of API from Fitbit)
