SENSE gives a false heart rate value.

I just did an ECG on Sense and the measurement could not be done because my pulse was 48. At this time my Sense was showing 65-70. On my blood pressure monitor I had pulse 47. Conclusion?

It looks like the ECG was correct when it told you the pulse was 48

I think so too. But I lost confidence in what Sense is displaying as a heart rate value.
