SMS & Outlook notification - not working

I have read some topics on this forum with my current issue as well as googling the issue. 

 

My notifications (SMS's) and outlook reminders are not working.

I will set it up and it will work for the night and the next day it will stop working again.  I have done this on several occasions and i know it can work, just a matter of how do i make it work and stay?

 

On the FitBit App - I have selected the relevant options to ensure text msgs are coming through.(Notification section) Fit bit is installed on its internal memory.

On the Sense - I have ensure that focus is off, its not on DND or sleep mood etc - its currently all greyed out and at 46%. Sense and phone are within range. 

On my Android (Galaxy S21) - I have done a software update last night. I have ensure Fitbit is running in the background (if this means keeping the app open and moving onto something else). I have checked the Battery section to make sure its unrestricted. I have even turned the display notification on when my screen locks. I have gone into my Apps check that the status Notification is :Allowed. 

 

What more can I do to make it work? I am sick of having to troubleshoot this watch for over an hour to ensure it works for 5 minutes. 

 

I am at the point where i am ready to call someone or ask for a refund on this watch.

Have a look at the lock screen part, it may be relevant.
