Dear All,
I'm located in Hong Kong, and bought the Sense the first day after its release.
Till now the SPO2 clock face isn't available at my region.
Could someone please give me a hit on when this feature is going to be available?
Thank you

I live in UAE and it’s not available for me too. I tried to change the location but the clock face still not available. I assume it linked to the government permissions to use SPO2

Tried it, does not work... seems to be blocked for HK at the given moment.

That one I don't get. I can get things like weather or fitbit pay being region locked but not an SPO2 sensor. Unless, of course, there are regulatory bodies that have to approve it's use before it can be turned on, like the ECG.

Same here in Qatar. No clock face for SPO2 yet. When do we expect it, if ever? Thanks!

Funny part is, my wife has the Fitbit 3 and without the premium pack, she has some kind of SpO2 level displayed evaluated during her sleeping time... this appeared just recently.

Am still waiting for the spo2 clock faces here in Japan, too, more than six months after launch. Ridiculous.

Just bought it yesterday and also not able to find SpO2 app or face. I live in HK too.
Any timeline could be provided by FitBit on that?

Salue,
no and nothing... you indeed can install it via VPN matching a US IP, but that works only temporary and isn't what it should do.
yesterday I read that Fitbit Sense will soon also be able to interpret Blood Pressure reading... wondering if that then also won't come to HK.
Bit disappointed with what we got from this "high end" Device for HK.

I have contacted Fitbit support yesterday and asked those precise questions. I’ll share their responses here.

Thx yes it does, finally.
9 months after the product was released to the market....

Absolutely disgraceful from FitBit. As mentioned earlier I contacted the customer reps a dozen of time by chat and email. Responses were ridiculous or completely off-piste (eg: restart your watch, update your phone OS, use a VPN,...). I lost my times with them and ultimately send a formal complain which receive a very poor response. I'm done with FitBit, as soon as the new Apple Watch is out I'll buy it. Yes it's more expensive, yes it's Apple ecosystem BUT it works like a charm, not overly complicated like the health stats on Fitbit, and they do release all feature on day 1....
Now im not even excited anymore to get the SpO2!
Have a great day ahead fellow hong Kongers
