I received my Sense on Tuesday. The SP02 worked great Tuesday and Wednesday night. Both Thursday night and last night I've gotten a "couldn't read SPO2" message the next morning. I used the SPO2 clock face on my Versa 2 for over a week, and it worked every day. I haven't changed anything on the Sense between Wednesday and Thursday. I did reboot the watch yesterday after the first error, per a suggestion from another thread. Didn't help.
I see a lot of reports if this same message from users of Versa watches in the other forums. Has anyone else gotten this error? Any other suggestions?

I am also having this problem. It says "couldn't read Sp02".

Mine provided a reading, but it took three hours after I woke up and got out of bed before providing the reading.

Same here. Worked, then it didn’t. I uninstalled the app, and the watch face, but neither action seemed to do the trick. Hope they can fix this soon.

Yeah this was working well for me- for a couple weeks- but now for the last two weeks it doesn’t read anything. Very frustrating
