SP02 stopped working

I have no data recorded since Monday. That is when I changed the clock face to something else from the one displaying SPO2. Is that really how it works? Will try changing it back, but sure don’t hope that is the explanation....

Anyone else experiencing issues with SP02 on the Sense? Happy with it in general (upgrade from Charge 2), but the SP02 thing/bug is annoying.

Thanks

This has been covered in this forum. Worthwhile to check the posted comments.

In any case SPO2 works currently only with the SPO2 clock face, which may change in the near future. After reinstalling press the "virtual" button on the left for 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo shows again. This will reboot the watch.

To receive a reading you must go for your night's sleep again.

Appreciate the feedback. Will research better before posting the next time. Can’t be believe that SP02 depends on the clock face though (and that it is not explicitly documented anywhere) , but will refrain from commenting further on that ....

You have to look in the support site to find it... https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2459.htm

I just restarted by holding the virtual button for 10sec. It started showing.

This never gets old....NOT!  Each time this happens I have to go through the steps (Shut down Sense, Go into app and clear cache, restart phone (Galaxy S9), restart sense, synch.) And sometimes I have to add a step to restart phone AGAIN to capture the days missed.  Last step is always wait for it to happen again in a week or so.
