SPO2 Not recorded

Hi 

 

For long time, I am facing difficulty in getting SPO2 measurements in my Fitbit Health Sense, I have troubleshooted all steps as suggested by Technical support team. Like:

- Reset Fitbit Device

- Unpair the same from phone and reconfigure your watch

- Updated my Fitbit with latest Firmware

- Setup my Fitbit again by rebooting

 

Note: I am using Premium subscription also installed application for getting SPO2.

Hi @rakesh_mathur,

 

does your Sense is tracking you sleep with full details?

Are you sleeping at least 3 hours?
