Samsung S10 can not locate my Fitbit Sense.

When I try to connect my phone to the Fitbit I keep getting a message that says I need the app. But I already have the app.

@MamaS1951 @jayava44  have you tried rebooting your phone and sense by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until the screen goes black and logo flashes? If this doesn't help try reinstalling Fitbit mobile app

@MamaS1951 is it the initial (first setup) of the sense or is it already linked to your Fitbit account and it just refuses to play nicely with Samsung?

If you are trying to connect through the phones Bluetooth, Yes, the Sense will reflect every try.
