I've been using the Fitbit Sense for the last 3 years. I just noticed it's suddenly lacking in detecting the floor count for almost a few months. Is anyone facing the same problem or has it been resolved it? Please help me if any.

Let me help you with the issue you've recently experienced in regards the floors counting by your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the background.
Do you see the lack of floor counting from the app? Do you see them in the smartwatch?
If the issue is related to software, a restart should resolve it. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
If the issue is more related to hardware, make sure the way to the altimeter is clean. See Fitbit Product Care > Keep It Clean and Dry
