Screen Burn-In

I've had my Sense for a year and changed my watch face and noticed considerably burn in from the previous face. I didn't have Always On for the display and still have this issue. Is this normal or should I reach out directly to Fitbit for resolution?

Warranty is either 12 months or 24 depending on your location. Can’t hurt to contact Fitbit support. Which watch face were you using?

Short answer: Definitely Contact Fitbit support.

Longer answer: I recently noticed my Sense has an ever worsening screen burn-in. My Sense is out of warranty by now so not much I can do. Research shows Always On Display and also many faces with bright aspects that do not change (much) WILL burn in. This includes the official faces from FitBit. Your screen is likely damaged. Call support and see what they can do for you.
