Screen Wake on Sense doesn't work

My clock/home screen will not activate when you move your arm into position. It will only activate if you firmly tap it or press the button. It is a week old and it was working perfectly up until yesterday. I've checked all the settings in case I've accidently switched something off but not sure where to find it.

Hi LizzyFitbit

I spoke to someone via live chat and they guided me to the quick settings and I found that my Sense had switched itself to Screen Wake manual. I switched it back to auto and it's all working perfectly now. Still have no idea how this can happen without actually going into the settings.

Hi @Dibdeb. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for every step tried prior to posting. By checking the settings, do you refer to the Screen Wake, Sleep Mode and DND? I'm asking this as if the Screen Wake is turned off and the Sleep Mode or DND are turned on, your Sense screen won't turn on when moving your wrist. To check this, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings.

If by any chance you checked those settings, I'd recommend restarting your Sense to refresh its performance, opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the screen to force a manual sync.
