Yesterday after I woke up I enabled afib detection. I then turned my screen on to have a look at my current heart rate. It said it was around 153 which couldn't be right. The screen then flickered and went blank, all but a few pixels at the top anyway. I tried a reset by holding the button as per the usual instructions. But even after that the same thing would happen.
It seems all other features are still active, the alarms and messages still cause vibration. I can even dismiss the alarm with the touchscreen of I press where I know the dismiss button should be. I am still getting heart rate and sleep data.
I charged it fully and afterwards tried restarting it a few more times. I searched the forums and found https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Sense-blank-screen/m-p/5275334#M60789
I attempted the factory reset, however found that now I couldn't even see the few pixels at the top illuminating so couldn't effectively do that as the logo never displays. The screen is now completely blank.
I still have all other functionality but no display. My alarms etc still work but I cannot factory reset because I can't see the logo appear and disappear to prompt the next button press.
Any ideas? I think I will be taking it back for replacement at this point unless there's something else I can do.

Hi @DJSoundDog - it sounds like a serious fault - don't try factory reset if it is working otherwise. Because you won't be able to set it up again without a seeing the number on the display and then you can't use it at all..
The only remaining other option is to let the battery die completely [check in the app after syncing], and then recharge it. Note if the battery level shows initially, if not the screen is faulty.
What you can also try is syncing and changing the clock face in the Fitbit App, there is a remote possibility it might help but it sounds more like it needs replacing, hopefully under warranty..

Yeah, I tried the change clockface thing as well without success.
Definitely a serious fault as last night it started vibrating erratically sometimes continuously. It did this until the battery died. I have tried charging it and nothing shows up on the screen. I will be taking it back to where I bought it today.
