This is my replacement from my original it has been acting funny the last couple of days and now I get this. 

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Have you tried restarting the watch, changing clock face, or changing the brightness of the face?

 

a factory reset may solve the problem, just make sure you sync the watch and app prior to the factory reset.
