My screen keeps going black and turning off even when its charged

Hi @Ekarlen - this may be normal.

 

Swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure you have Wrist Wake enabled.

 

Then when you raise your arm to look at the watch the screen will come on again.

 

You can also push the button or double tap the screen.
