Screen won't scroll, even after restarting is stock for a while then starts but still can't scroll down, lest and right?

now won't start at all stock, that's started just after the last update. Today started acting up, after I done restart is switching self off and stock on that.

Hi @Karami8241 - have a look at the posts "stuck on logo", it may happen after the last update or if something went wrong
