This is the second Sense 3 puck I have had in less than 2 months and the green and red lights are both flashing. It is at 64% battery. I turned off the SpO2 sensor. When I put it back on to see if I just needed to move and both lights are not green. Last time this happened it stopped syncing. This is my first smart watch type of tracker, I was really excited but I refuse to have to reset my device ever couple of days. What is going on?

Hi, it is normal to have flashing lights on the back of the watch. This is what is used to measure things.
It probably has nothing to do with any syncing issues.
Syncing issues are generally signs more of a phone problem.
If you Google "Fitbit help sync" you will find solutions to fix the issue on the phone.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @LilyRose17. Thank you for letting us know about how your second Sense is working.
As @Guy_ mentioned, it's normal when your watch flashes a red and a green light.
You can check help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
I hope this information helps.
