Brand new one week old Fitbit Sence home button on left side will not return to up position. Stuck down will not return to up position. Screen will not come on. Fully charged....

@dwjoyner it is not a button that actually moves so it will not be stuck in down or up position. It is an indent in the watch casing. To use the button you cover it with a finger tip. See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/How-to-use-The-Button/m-p/4498914#M1547
