I had to get a new Fitbit because mine was recalled and now I have so many problems with the new sence and it’s flipping pi**ing me off!!!!! WTF

Hi @GroominGirl81 - shame about the Ionic, there can be issues if the old watch was not fully removed from the phone and App or if the battery saving is killing the Fitbit App or Bluetooth. Make sure that the Ionic Bluetooth entry is removed. Try logout of the App, restart the phone and login again.
