Sensa wont turn one just flashs the logo

Hello,

 

I just got my fitbit like 3 weeks ago and when I turned it on today it just flased with the logo and won't  turn on. Any suggestions?

Hi @Becca.Bosse.

 

Have you tried putting it onto charge for a little while? Just to make sure the battery isn't dead and it has sufficient power to turn on.
