Sense 2 is not tracking running pace accurately

I have been having this problem since using sense 2, consulting the help contact many times but not much help. The problems recur.

I am using Samsung S23 ultra for app. 

Have frequently restarted the watch/app. Log out and log in. 

My sense 2 record wrong running pace when I shared the activity.

 

• this is example of the problems. Running 5.02km in 49mins given pace 9'53".
• When shared the pace changed to 12'22. Which is wrong..
• I hope to get help from this group. Thank you so much.
