I bought my wife a Sense 2 recently to replace her Versa 2.
However she's having 2 big problems with it.
The time is going slow, it seems to love minutes every day, it's not that it's running slow, it's that the clockface time just stops updating. When you scroll through screens you can see the correct time at the top of the screen, so it does know the right time, it just doesn't display it on the clockface.
The other issue is the alarms don't work to wake her up in the morning. We've tested this and the alarm is set and active, but the watch doesn't do anything when the time comes. IF we reset the watch then the alarms work for a few days but then stop working again.
As I've said, we've reset her watch several times, so that's not the answer, synching it corrects the time on the clockface (until it goes wrong again) and the alarms work for a little while after resetting, but then stop again.
I can't believe Google sell watches that can't do the basics like show the correct time or have alarms that work.

Hi @andymcadam - for the time stopping, try changing to another clock face.
For the alarms not working try in 24 hr mode.
If the watch is still not working right it may need a factory reset or just be faulty.
