I have an iPhone 13 Pro Software Version 15.1.1 My Fitbit App Version is updated to the latest version 3.52.1. The Sense is a replacement from Fitbit in November because my original Sense stopped charging. I have pretty much turned off everything and only open the app to sync twice a day and the battery is draining to less than 15% in less than 36 hours. This is ridiculous. I have been using Fitbit trackers for over 10 years and this is the first one I am totally disappointed in. How can this be fixed? If it can't be fixed I'm going to be forced to get an Apple Watch. Someone in tech Support please help!!

Did you turn off snore report and readiness report?
Have Listened to music, gps exercises, or taking calls on wrist more than in the past?
Consider tracking your battery consumption closely over the next few days and see if there is a correlation to features used or times when the battery depletes rapidly. Like maybe every 2 hours record the drop. Is it overnight, during an exercise period, on wrist call, calender, texts, emails? etc,

I have not used snore report, have not listened to music or had GPS on or taken any calls on my wrist. I do have the readiness report on. I deleted all clock faces and only have a clock face now that has a flower and shows date & time and was created by Fitbit. It's really sad that I can't use any of the things offered on this "smart" watch without draining the battery so fast. It's basically useless except for counting steps and tracking my sleep. My sister just bought a Sense based on how long my battery was lasting and now I feel bad that she took my advice.

Do you have enabled “always on display” and/or an animated clock face?
as an aside, the Apple Watch requires charging more frequently. To avoid disappointment. Look into that if not done so already.

I experienced the same problem and discovered that Sense tries continuously to sync with the Fitbit app on iPhone 13 Pro; the corresponding icon ("cannot connect to phone") flashes all the time. If the iPhone is not within the bluetooth range of Sense (and this range seems to be rather poor), it will continue to try to connect with the iPhone and the Sense battery drains dramatically. To remedy the situation, sync manually from time to time and you have to keep your iPhone 13 Pro close to Sense. Of course, make sure that on the Fitbit app on iPhone, background app refresh is enabled and location is on always.

@Clove6060 No. I do not have always on or an animated clock face. When I had my iPhone X I loved the Bitmoji clock face but I have not used that since getting the replacement Sense.

@SunsetRunner - I have not had that problem or ever seen that message. My Fitbit is always on my wrist and I listen to audio books on my iPhone and it's always on me somewhere either in a pocket or strapped to my upper arm. I can honestly say my Fitbit and my phone are never more than 10 feet apart. I just realized this morning that I do gave a readiness report. I'm going to try to figure out how to turn that off. It's just really sad that we can't use these functions without draining the battery so fast.

@Clove6060 - My sister's Apple watch can't even make it through 1 shift at the hospital. She uses it for everything though. I guess I should be happy with my Sense. I am charging it every time I take a shower. That will give it at least a 30 minute charge once or twice a day. Hopefully that will be enough.

To remove the daily readinessfeature, tap the readiness tile, tap the cog wheel (top right)
Withdraw consent
Confirm.

Another action that helped to improve Sense battery life was to remove/delete the Fitbit app from iPhone, then download it again and login.

@Clove6060 THANK YOU! I could not figure that out!
