Sense Bluetooth connection

Hello, today is 1/2/2024 and I’m still having issues with connecting my sense watch to iPhone 15. I’ve tried all the suggestions and the watch still loses bluetooth connection. I recently switch to the iPhone 15 from iPhone 11 and didn’t have this issue. I connect the watch but after 10 min the watch Ioses its Bluetooth connection which I have to restart. I’m not sure what’s going on with Fitbit watches. I just switch over to the sense due to all the issues I’ve have with the versa 2 but it seems it’s a Fitbit problem. The watches don’t seem reliable after one year of use. Can anyone share if they were able to keep their sense watch connected to the iPhone 15?

iPhone 13. Same problem since new year. What’s going on?

Hi @molly227 @SunsetRunner - this may not be a watch problem. There are numerous issues with the new V4 Fitbit App and poor syncing is one of them.

Fitbit don't officially allow you to install the previous stable V3 version.

Fitbit app v4 is what's going on. There are dozens of threads related to watch <> phone sync issues over the past few months. And no word from the Fitbit team that they are aware of the problem and the dev team is working on a fix.
