I have tried everything also. I have done the reset etc and the connection will come and go I will get a text and then I don't get a text I'll get a call then I don't get a call. I agree this is very frustrating I can't Fitbit fix this!

@Vanlipstick  A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Please make sure that the Fitbit app is allowed to run  in the background. If this is not set up, this might cause that the app stops running as soon as you turn the display of you mobile device off, so that your messages cannot be forwarded to your Sense.
