Love the watch but despise the charging device. We have bought too many (at least 😎 and always have to change to a new one and throw away the defective. This has been going on since a few months after we bought it. We have researched this problem and know we are not alone. And yes, we've done all the recommended actions to clean and properly charge the watch.

I'm on my fourth charger. My original one did exactly the same after 1 year. The right lower pin decended into the base.
I ordered a 2 pack from Amazon for $10 and both have done the same thing after just 2 months.
I'm getting another 1 directly from fitbit.
If this one fails the same way I'm not sure what to do. Fitbit claims no defects but I have read about several sense owners who have experienced the exact right lower pin charger failure issue.
IS IT A DEFECTIVE WATCH CAUSING THE FAILURE OR ARE ALL CHARGERS BOTH FITBIT BRANDED AND AMAZON AFTER MARKET THE SAME DEFECTIVE CHARGERS?
