Sense Controls won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

My Fitbit sense keeps losing its connection without warning to sense controls. I find out when I turn on the phone and smart Lock isn't working. It has happened three times today alone. This is unacceptable for a recent phone and tracker.

I would appreciate any advice as the compatibility was one of the reasons I chose the combo.

Hi there, @Serroul. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Please note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

On the other hand, would you mind giving me more details about what you mean by "smart Lock isn't working" so I can assisting you accordingly? Are you referring to the Smart Wake or the device lock feature

Thanks for the reply. I meant the device lock. Sense controls is one of the things I can use to bypass the passcode lockscreen, but if it's passive, then perhaps it's not the best choice for that.

I thought it meant i was losing the connection.
