the 2 devices are paired but

1- clicking on connection details shows that the phone has calls turned off and no way allows me to toggled it on

2- cannot control music in anyway, i cant even find the bluetooth classic!

any advise here guys as this watch is lacking alot since it's purchase, is it a compatibility issue with my galaxy?

Hi there, @farah87. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

If you're not quite sure whether your Galaxy S10 Plus is compatible or not, please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Please note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

As for the music control, see Why can't I control music on my phone with my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
