Sense Controls won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

Sense controls aren't staying connected to Bluetooth. Watch doesn't come up with phone calls, or messages. I am so sick of it. The inky time it vibrates is for the alarm in the morning that's it. I have turned it off and turned off Bluetooth started it back up again. Even replaced fitbit app. Nothing is working. Help please.

Please note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. Hi no that didn't make a difference. I realised my settings on the watch was do not disturb.
