How do I turn on Sense Control to activate phone calls. SC shows up in Bluetooth but won’t connect. The message says to turn on Sense Control but I can’t find it.

Please note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

I retired a versa 3 because the sense controls wouldn’t stay connected. I started premium so I could track my O2. Now my sense won’t stay connected and haven’t had O2 for a week now. I’ve tried to cancel premium but can’t find the cancel button on the website. When I hit add it says I already have it but won’t let me cancel.
