I have a Samsung S22 Ultra phone with a new Sense. I have a video of the screen but for some reason I can't attach it. I just got my Fitbit yesterday and today the lines appeared in the display no matter what is on it. They move around and a reset, and restart did not help. I suppose I should return it. I'm not pleased, it's not like the Sense is brand new.

Hi @Capriciouspoet - it shouldn't do that, get a refund or a new one.
You can try a factory reset from the watch Settings About menu. Wait at least a minute before restarting.
If the first screen is also a problem then it is faulty.
