Sense ECG PDF

Hello, I love the ECG capability of the Fitbit Sense, only thing is that I can’t get hold of the pdf report. The ECG runs correctly but the pdf never gets generated.

I am currently in Spain.

Thanks!

I got a push notification when the PDF was ready (I think from the phone app). It took a while (at least a few hours). Next time was quicker. I'm assuming if you have the ECG app, e.g. was released for your watch then you can gain access to the PDF .. just wondering whether there are any country related issues such that they might not provide the reports in certain countries if not approved, licensed, etc. Just speculating.

You have to press save or share, the first time I emailed it to myself

coming back to this one as i have the same problem, since the ECG app itself is working and taking measurements (in the US) why won't it provide the PDF as well?

Nothing like apple watch's ecg function.

@Duong264 @dvdscr try logging to Fitbit app on different device and generating report from there. I know it worked for some people who experienced problems with push notifications especially on iPhone.

I’ve tried on my iPhone & iPad (my only devices I can install the app on), and I can’t find anything on the web dashboard to download the pdf from on my laptop. Any more ideas how I can get the printout?

@Toptiger, it is not available on the web dashboard, but it is available on the phone app.  On my Android phone when I select Notifications, it displays a list of the ECG PDF's that I have created. If I select one of them, it then gives me the option to either download it to the phone's file folder, or share it. If I select Share, I can then either email or text it to myself, doctor, etc.  The screen capture below shows thos options.
