I picked up a pillow and the Sense face fell off the watch. I am so disappointed, wish I had looked for defects before purchasing. This was an expensive watch and to have it fall apart so early is sad. Waiting to hear if my watch is under warranty. Which is weird because no way this is a warranty issue, looks like a known design defect.

Sorry to hear this @raine38. I've noticed we already have an answer. You should tact support, link in top right of this page, or under help in the fitbit app. 

When my Versa screen fell off, it was out of warranty and I used some glue.
