My Sense's GPS has pretty much stopped working completely. Usually doesn't find a GPS connection or, if it does, will drop out half way through a run. I originally got a message on the Sense that said that I needed to calibrate the GPS within the app. Chatting to "Support" though and no one has any notion that such a calibration is possible, but they got me to update firmware and do a reset. No change. They've now told me I don't qualify for a warranty replacement but I've said I don't want a replacement, just some ideas on how to fix this.
Their response then was that only a small proportion of devices suffer this - given they won't replace it, I am unsure how this is meant to make me feel better!
I'm done with Fitbit at this rate! Apple here I come....
