Sense Glass detached and it now shows 0% of charge

Hi, i showered and realized that the glass of my 6 months old Fitbit sense detached from the watch body without any reason... just like that. I immediately went out of the shower and the watch worked still fine for another 20 Minutes... display was on and i could also sync with my phone. Then suddenly it went black. I attached it to the charger and since then it is always just showing "0%" and will not charge. I tried all the resets but it will not charge, just show "0%". I am a little annoyed that the glass just detached... how can that be? Is the battery maybe now broken because maybe some moisture get in and i have to replace it? Any idea if i can repair it?

Hi @Ewunja I'm afraid repair is not an option. Contact Fitbit Support and see if they are able to help.
