My Sense is my 3rd device from Fitbit and certainly the most expensive. It is however the most frustrating in terms of recording my hr during High Intensity Workouts. It seems to have dead spots where the hr recording drops out, to a very point which I know is completely unrepresentative and my pattern has a wave like graph. Like others and as a seasoned pro with these devices, I’ve moved it, cleaned it, tightened it, restarted it etc. Really disappointed and looking for a solution that I have confidence will fix the problem.
