Dear Fitbit community,
It's been one year. My family likes a traditional Christmas. And, I'm happy with Fitbit Sense.
However. Between the gap a couple of days to 3 weeks in December to January 20-2021, my Fitbit Sense's green lights won't respond and detect my touch to do this tap and that tap. Very frustrating.
Sincerely,
Brieana Lynn buck

Hi, did you try restarting the watch [there may have been issues]
Shut down the watch [Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, Shutdown]
wait a minute
[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears] Wait for the clock to reappear. |

Restart of sense does not helped me. I see sense continuously giving fitbit logo it seems like device is crashes everytime.
This is my second sense which stops working abruptly. I wonder if it's manufacturing defect.
