Sense Hours of activity and incorrect timezone.

Any update on when Google will fix the hours of activity. This seems to be outstanding for ages. I still can’t update my timings from when I travelled abroad ages ago. Don’t really enjoy not having these corrected and getting reminders to move at 4am. Nothing matches up when you try and make a change in yet another part of what WAS a very good fitbit process on the sense..

Hello @mforman!   It’s nice to see you around!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to correct the time after travelled and can't receive your reminders to move at 4am.

To change your timezone please try the following steps:

  1. Go to your mobile app.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Swipe to "App Settings"
  4. Tap “date, hour and units”
  5. Choose "time zone"
  6. Turn off "Automatic time zone"
  7. Under "Select time zone" look for your country's time zone.
  8. Sync your watch and the app.
  9. If the issue with the hour persist, choose another country (any) and sync
  10. Then select yours again and sync.

Once your time is correct, you will be able to receive your reminders to move at the correct time.
